If you exhibited at the 2018 Funday, you'll have first refusal on re-booking your stand space for 2019.
Application forms will be emailed to you automatically and you have until 5th April to inform us if you would like to attend this year or not. Completed Application Form and payment must be received by the closing date to secure your booking. At this stage you can request any changes to your stand size/location and these will be considered after the closing date. If we do not hear from you, your space will automatically be released so that we can offer it to new exhibitors.

All new enquiries are placed on a waiting list in the first instance, but only when we have received your application form and supporting information from requested. This should include:
- Details of your business
- The size of stand you require
- A full description of exactly what you intend to display or sell at the Funday
- Important: pictures of your stand or the products you will be displaying or provide website details
This is so that we can assess both your suitability for the Funday as well as locating you in the most appropriate position.
Applications will not be accepted unless these steps are followed.
We will start to place new exhibitors from the waiting list from Mid-April onwards.
Please note that we have many more applications each year than space available, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee space will be offered.
